We do not have a list of open roles right now. We do read speculative applications, and we answer them.

None advertised at the moment. When there are, they will be listed on this page with the actual requirements and an honest description of the work rather than a personality checklist.
If you want to be considered before then, send something. We would rather read a speculative application from someone who has looked at what we build than fill a role from a job board.
What we look for
- Evidence you have built something and dealt with it not working.
- The ability to explain a technical decision to someone who does not share your vocabulary.
- Comfort saying "I do not know" and then finding out.
- Interest in the problem, not only in the technology.
What we do not ask for
- A degree from a particular institution.
- A specific number of years. Some people are good after two and some are not after ten.
- Unpaid test projects. If we ask you to build something substantial, we pay for it.
- Availability outside working hours as a default expectation.
How to apply
Email hello@cnex.ai with something you have built and a short note about what was hard about it. A repository, a running system, or a written explanation all work. A CV on its own tells us very little.
We reply to applications. If we are not hiring, we will say that rather than leaving you waiting.
